DIY CNC Laser Smoke Extractor

Hey guys, I thought I would prototype out a smoke extractor for my new laser. This uses the existing dust boot and rerouted the dust collection hose through a activated charcoal microwave filter. I was able to get most but not all the smoke out of the air. If you got any ideas please feel free to leave a comment!

Please keep in mind this is a prototype and I am not responsible if someone gets hurt by replicating this project.

You can get the filter from local hardware store.
